1. Introduction
1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By signing the booking form or making payment, you agree to these terms.
1.2 These Terms form a binding agreement between Anquist Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client or delegate (“you” or “your”).
1.3 If you book on behalf of others (“Delegates”), you are responsible for ensuring that all Delegates comply with these Terms.
1.4 In case of any conflict between the booking form and these Terms, these Terms will prevail.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Bookings may be made by email, phone, or online as instructed. Once confirmed by our team, your booking becomes valid.
2.2 Payment must be made as per the invoice or online payment instructions shared by our team.
2.3 Unless otherwise mentioned, fees cover entry to the event only and exclude travel, accommodation, and other expenses.
2.4 Payments are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Anquist.
3. Attendance and Conduct
3.1 All attendees must comply with event venue rules, government regulations, and instructions from our team.
3.2 You are responsible for your personal belongings, safety, and conduct during the event.
3.3 We may photograph or record the event for promotional use. Please inform us 48 hours in advance if you do not wish to be included in media coverage.
3.4 We reserve the right to deny or withdraw admission to any attendee for misconduct or policy violation.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Amendments
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are permitted only for cancellations made before the agreed cancellation date as stated on the booking form.
4.2 In case of event postponement or rescheduling due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions), the booking will be moved to a new date. Refunds will be processed only if a suitable reschedule is not possible.
4.3 No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the allowed period.
4.4 Delegates may be substituted from the same organization with prior written notice at least 24 hours before the event.
5. Liability
5.1 Anquist will not be liable for any loss of business, profits, data, or indirect damages arising from event participation.
5.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the event.
5.3 Attendees are responsible for their personal insurance and safety during travel and participation.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal information collected will be used strictly for event communication and administration, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 By attending, you consent to the use of your information and images for event records and promotions, unless you opt out in writing.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
